We made this the other week, & instead of Ameretto( cuz I have an allergic reaction to alcohol called alcoholism) I put in a tear from my ex girlfriend. Aaah the bitter sweet taste. Recipe coming soon (please Phatty)

I was born into the restaurant business & after failing miserably @ school, the natural thing was to get a job washing up in a restaurant(such high hopes). After an apprenticeship with Rick Stein, waiting on tables for Gary Rhodes & a missed oppurtunity with Marco Pierre White(Now there's a chef, Mr. Oliver)...Fast forward 20 years, throw in a couple of kids & a spell in rehab, & MCC Sensi was born. Oh yes! My comedic mind is working undertime for these one sensi.
Infact, I have just been trawling the web for a black forest gateaux recipe (for redeye’s “special friend”) and I have realised how important pictures are. Without them, recipes look sad and depleted.
Anyway, back to the grindstone…
