Toaster Tongs?

While perusing Gizmodo I discovered another one of those “gadgets” that defies belief – Toaster Tongs – so that you can safely get toast out of the toaster.

I love toast. I’ve been eating it for about 30 years and I can’t once ever burning my dainty little fingers trying to get already popped up toast. In fact come to think of it even if it’s managed to get stuck way down in the toaster and begun to smell like bonfire I still haven’t ever had a need for toaster tongs. Who thinks these things up? Who buys them?

Eh?

In addition to being a full-functioning toaster, the Egg & Muffin Toaster can simultaneously:

toast the bread,
cook an egg (poached or steam-scrambled), and
warm a pre-cooked slice of ham or sausage

All in about 4 minutes.

I may not be a great cook, or even a motivated cook, but even I can toast a bit of bread and cook an egg in a pan, possibly even two eggs in a pan… Who buys these things?

Ok, you got me. It’s a juicer. What a gadget!

You slice off the top of the core of your chosen fruit with a sharp knife, then just screw in the juicer. You hold the lemon (said chosen fruit) upright and gently squeeze, the little cup on top fills up with juice, voila. Once you’ve got enough you can put the lemon in the fridge for another day without fear of it going all wrinkly ‘cos you haven’t cut it in half. Flippin’ fantastic.

I was at a friends house the other day and found a “thing”. This “thing” blew me away. It took me a few minutes to figure out what it was?
